Instrument Bezels
These Bezels are used to convert automotive gages to the "Cockpit" style of mounting. There are two parts, a front and a rear that glue together to hold the instrument in. Part of the front piece is seen on the instrument panel and must not have any cosmetic flaws. There are different rear halves to fit different instruments. Vital Statistics- Mold Description: Single-cavity molds, manually operated, no ejection. Mold Price: $280 Mold Delivery: 1 week Part Price: $1.70 for a set, top and bottom Annual Delivery: 1,400 Total Delivered Parts: 12,500 parts over 10 years Material: ABS Additional Notes: Close tolerance on inside diameter to provide a "tight" fit for the gage. Fixtures and tooling were provided for secondary gluing operation at customers location. |
